Return Policy 

Online Purchases:

  1. All Nobless Couture Product


    1. We offer a 30-day return window (from the purchase date) for eligible merchandise (non-eligible items are listed below). Refunds are provided in the form of a Nobless Couture e-gift card, which exclude original shipping costs. Customers will be charged a Euro 10.00 restocking fee. 


  1. Other Brands (Non-Nobless Couture brands, Both Menswear & Womenswear)


    1. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible merchandise (from the purchase date) (non-eligible items are listed below). Refunds are provided in the form of a Nobless Couture e-gift card, which exclude the original shipping cost. Customers will be charged a Euro 10.00 restocking fee.


Returns that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused.


Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items.


You can only use the return label for the items requested when the return was processed in our Returns Portal. You cannot combine returns from different orders or combine two open returns for the same order if you decide to include additional items.


Our returns department will not be able to process your return properly and you may experience heavy delays with your refund or not receive proper compensation. Please note that Nobless Couture is not responsible for lost products due to a return sent back using the wrong order number or return label.

 

Non-Refundable/Final Sale:


Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on product pages are non-refundable. This includes:

Domestic France Returns: 


The customer will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus a Euro 10 restocking fee. The original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. The online store credit is not transferable to our brick-and-mortar locations.  


Nobless Couture does not process exchanges. 

Please note all return to sender orders will be processed as a normal return and will follow our standard return policy.


International Returns:


For international returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus the label fee that is presented to you while initiating your return. The original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. The online store credit is not transferable to our brick-and-mortar locations.  


Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by Nobless Couture. Please reach out to your local customs agency regarding a customs/duties refund.
